She grabbed her phone as quick as she could, and these are the best pictures we have, in which the license plate unfortunately is not readable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">We are looking for the cats and we have put food out for them and are looking for some help to rescue them also.<br \/>\nBut additionally, we are tired of people getting away with this terrible cruelty. So we are wondering if there is anyone out there who can enhance these images, to be able to make out the license plate number.
